As you know, we don't have the healthiest career on the planet. Doctors, lawyers and police are probably right up there with us because of their hectic work schedules.

There is only one way to create better health and that is YOU. You can have all the information and resources for a healthier lifestyle, but unless YOU act on it, it won't work.
