Many of us truckers have to be at the customer early in the morning. If your there for many hours what is your source of breakfast. Usually there is nothing more than vending machines.
My preference is to carry a healthy cereal of bran & nuts, or oatmeal in the truck. I will also carry melons or fruit cups. Fuit is full of vitamins, low sugar and can provide simple non-fattening carbohydrates to get you going in the morning. Another food I regularly consume is Meal Shakes which will ensure I am getting my daily nutrients.
There is no reason to miss eating in the morning. It is the most important meal of the day and you will make your day a lot easier and enjoyable.
