In Texas it's not called a steak when you have to cook half the cow. LOL It's just called a snack. 

You just trying to make me suffer,  I see this as I'm setting here eating a bologna sandwhich........Now I gotta call the Old lady and tell her to loosen up the purse strings and get some steaks for the grill........
