My husband do have to work hard but so does everybody else. Point very well taken. We as The People not just truckers need to voice it loud and proud that we've had about all we can stand. Stop grumbeling at the diners, barbershops and on the cb's. We need to knock on congress' door and let them know this is OUR country, NOT THEIR PET PROJECT.

you are right ;;;but you know ooida is not backing a shutdown an the american trucking association is made up   Schnider|  Swift | j b hunt | werener| T M C| and a bunch of other hand feed  flunkies  , an dont give a rats ass about an indepdent trucker or a small trucking co. what does schnider  ,care about some pore sucker that has worked to get those2 or even 10 trucks  to try to geet ahead ,,,, if he loses them thats 2 or ten more loads the big guy can have,,, we need some one like jimmy hoffa once again
