End of July start of August had a good month in July. Ran 9246 miles for the month only missed 1 appointment a pickup had 4 hours to drive 235 miles and had the wrong address but right directions? Called dispatch told me to go to address which I found out was wrong decided to follow the directions and ended up where I was suppose to be. I did try calling the customer and left a couple of messages but they never called back. Since then the directions in qualcom have been fixed. Did arrive 20 minutes late but turned out shipper was behind as well so all was good.
Decided to look back so far this year at the miles I ran

I know I could have done better as I really don't run as hard as I can at times
Currently I am sitting in Laredo waiting for my truck to get in the shop having issues with the batteries not keeping a charge in fact I have had to get a couple of jumps already this weekend. Hopefully they will get to me sometime today.
As for my last blog about idling been told by my DM that they don't want us to jeopardize safety we can idle when it HOT but if there is any way we don't need to and get a good rest please don't. Fair enough since I was in Ohio, Pennsylvania and New York it was a bit cooler I did not need to Idle except to keep my batteries charged. Now since I am in Laredo all bets are off.
