Well, Made it home last week was able to spend 4 days with my wife. First time I saw her since her accident last month she's doing good. The insurance gave her just under $14,000.00 for the car and the bank another $8,500.00. She bought a Dodge van for $6,500.00 then paid some bills. I got back to Lancaster on the 13th and since my wife is having issues with long drives I took the bus from Dallas to Austin. Spent last Wed in Mira Loma waiting for a BIT inspection, ended up getting an "A" inspection. Then got a run to McCarrin, Nv did a little miss calculation on fuel as I ran out of fuel 70 miles from our Sparks terminal. Normally with the miles to run and the amount of fuel no problem. The mistake I made was forgetting the steep climbs on US395. It has been a long time since I ran 395. Next I deadheaded to Fairfield, Ca for a pickup which delivered yesterday in Grandview, Wa.
