State police are looking for a missing Lewis County teenager. Kelsee Brooke Grogg, 14 of Jane Lew, was last seen at her home at 9:00 p.m. Monday. At 6:00 a.m. Tuesday morning, her mother discovered that she was missing and had taken a bag of clothing with her.
